I am a little out of my comfort zone, but having a lot of fun! Normally I CASE everything, but this time I kinda did my own design. I did follow Catherine Pooler with her plaid technique, but then my creation kind of went in a different direction...kinda like it had a mind of its own.
I was really happy with how this turned out, and that I actually create this. This is some of FSJ (Fun Stampers Journey), but I just started following them as a coach and I have a lot of products yet to get. I have to use up some of what I already have. The rectangles in the picture are FSJ (Journey Rectangles) The plaid is a technique which I got from Catherine Pooler. This is not designer paper. I did this with markers, paint lifters and a ruler. A lot of fun really! Then I used dies to cut from this, also the scallop edge and a little on the inside and envelope.
I am sending this to a friend, not in the mail, so I didn't have to worry about the embellishment on the envelope.
Really like the way this turned out.
