Fringe Scissors Flower card

Ok, I was playing today with the fringe scissors.  I have seen some pictures on pinterest and this is my take on it.  The stamp sets are retired, but mostly I wanted to show you the flower.  It does make a very thick card and probably be better to hand deliver this instead of in the mail.  I used Stampin Up! stamps Reason to Smile and Language of Friendship . The card stock is Whisper White at 3 3/4 x 5; Raspberry Ripple (retired) at 4 x 5 1/4; and the base is Pink Pirouette at 5 1/2 x 11 scored at 4 1/4.  Stampin Up has many punches and framelits to cut out images, but they did not have one for this set so I did have to fussy cut three of the small flowers.  I put them on the sentiment that I punched out with our Decorative Label punch.  This I put on dimensionals to pop it out.  I also used our new Blendabilities (Daffodil delight) for the center of the flowers including the button on the fringe flower.  I should of painted the button before I put the flower together......n

Grandma and Sydni Stampin Away!

Sydni and I spent most of the day stampin.  We had so much fun we lost sense of time.  We were trying out my new blendabilities - Stampin Up's version of Copic markers.  Fun, fun, fun! Here is a sample of both of our attempts.  It is hard for me to tell whose is whose.  I believe Sydni's is on top.  Isn't she awesome! We started with making a Father's Day card, but I can't show that as her daddy might see it.  She did make a card for her mommy that I can show you. And she left me with this card...... Love you too Syd  !  :-)  Life can be so sweet.
