What a fun and happy card! I had so much fun coloring this afternoon and feeling like a kid again. I don't think you ever grow out of coloring, at least I don't.
Here is a picture of all the pieces, all that is left is putting it all together. I used a striped embossed paper with a white on white design. The embossed part resists ink so I sponged on three colors: Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral and Coastal Cabana. I took a tissue and lightly rubbed off the color that was sitting on top of the embossed portion of the paper. I used markers of the same colors to color in the C A K E. Stamped another Celebrate in Memento black on Crushed Curry cardstock and fussy cut it out. Popped it up with dimensionals. I used the Banners Framelits to cut out the stamped image and a size larger to cut out the Crushed Curry banner. Glue everything together and popped the diagonal design with dimensionals.
Don't forget the inside of the card and the envelope. I try to match both with the card front.
A very happy cheerful card :-)
