I have lots of stuff from making cards on my work table, so....I decided to make this card:

Love this little Mermaid ..... I also used the Ball Chain stencil to look like water bubbles.  The star fish on the bottom is also from the mermaid stamp.  I covered the base with Vellum to soften it up. 

I have so much stuff on top of my work space from previous cards that I decided to see what I could come up with.
