What a cute banner! Fun to make too! I used twine to string and tie all these fun chalked items onto. I chalked the ghosts from the transfer 'BEWARE' on foam core board and cut out with a craft knife. I chalked our 3" round chalk chips with really cute little transfers from the 'All Hallows Eve Minis'
