Here are the steps I took:
I used flat glass ornaments.
1. Quick shine floor finish poured inside, swirled around and drained the extra back into the bottle
2. Removed top of ornament. Took fine glitter poured inside (using a paper funnel if needed) swirl around to cover everything inside. Replaced the top.
3. Chalk with Black Velvet Paste using the transfer 'Warm Wishes Minis' and a squeegee.
