I love my Paper Pumpkin!

Halloween treat bags for my special buddies!    Up close..... I love my paper pumpkin.  It comes every month with everything you need to put projects or cards together.  This is September's.  Everything you see comes in the kit, including ink, punch outs and so much more.  Can't wait to see what November's is.  Love, love, love.  :-)

Mother Daughter Stampin - Double time!

Saturday night Toni and I and our friends Christina and her mom Brenda did some serious stampin!  Lots of laughs and a lot of fun.  I finally finished my Gentle Peace:  So I finished four of them!  I saw this idea on Pinterest and added a little more.  Not sure who the original artist is, please let me know and I will give you credit.  I'm really happy how this turned out.  Yea!!  Love when that happens.  :-)  I found the original artist .  Elizabethscraftroom.com   The background are DSP scraps that I tore in an arch.  I stamped Lovely as a Tree on Vellum and glued Dazzling Diamonds and colored buttons with Cherry Cobler Blendabilities (the darkest shade).  I stamped the 'Merry Christmas' with the stamp set 'Endless Wished' - Love the fonts. Thanks for Stampin by..... :-)

Gentle Peace

Stampin Up! has a new stamp called Gentle Peace.  I tried the stained glass technique on this stamp.  I will have to work more on this, as working with vellum can be difficult, especially with glue.  Here is my version: I gold embossed on the vellum and then using our Stampin Up markers on the back side I colored this very pretty picture.  I put this on very vanilla cardstock so I could bend the vellum onto the back and glue.  I used dimensionals to pop it up.  The base is embossed with one of the new folders.  So what do you think?  It was tricky to work with and I made some mistakes, but overall I like it. Until next time.   :-)
